They're saying they want to get rid of the Constitution— making no secret about it J. Christian Adams
The Communist movement to take over our country has been patient. Perhaps some of you are old enough to remember Nikita Khruschev's perdition in 1956; "We will take America without firing a shot. We do not have to invade the U.S. We will destroy you from within." Khruschev's prediction is coming true. Look at our cities, schools, government, the Main Stream Media, and Big Business. It seems to me we are on the brink. Barrack Obama set the stage for this with a comment on the Bill O'Reilly Show.
“We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” — Barack Obama, October 30, 2008
I remember hearing These words, and I asked myself, What does he mean by fundamentally transforming the United States of America?” We had the greatest country the world had ever known. Even the poorest people who came to America had the most incredible opportunity to prosper since the beginning of mankind. My parents, our extended family, and everyone I knew had done this or was in the process of and was involved in upward mobility, so why would you want to change what was working so well?
Here's Obama's original statement in an October 2008 campaign visit to Columbia, Mo:
"Now, Mizzou, I just have two words for you tonight: five days. Five days. After decades of broken politics in Washington, and eight years of failed policies from George W. Bush, and 21 months of a campaign that's taken us from the rocky coast of Maine to the sunshine of California, we are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.
"In five days, you can turn the page on policies that put greed and irresponsibility on Wall Street before the hard work and sacrifice of folks on Main Street. In five days, you can choose policies that invest in our middle class, and create new jobs, and grow this economy, so that everyone has a chance to succeed, not just the CEO, but the secretary and janitor, not just the factory owner, but the men and women on the factory floor."1
We have this quote from Michelle Obama:
“We are going to have to change our conversation; we’re going to have to change our traditions, our history; we’re going to have to move into a different place as a nation.” — Michelle Obama, May 14, 2008
The Obamas and their partners are inching ever closer to their goals. One of the primary vehicles for change is our education system. The colleges, high schools, and even middle schools are inundated with teachers and professors who want to change us into something else. I conger up images of Cuba, Russia, and North Korea.
In this blog, we will look at what is going on in our nation's most elite law schools. Two conservative think tank researchers have uncovered some very "troubling information about how our next generation of prosecutors, defense attorneys, and judges are being trained inside some of America's most elite law schools." 2
"That's according to Hans von Spakovsky with the Heritage Foundation and J. Christian Adams with the Public Interest Legal Foundation."
To give you an idea of what is being taught, you can read a short list of subjects offered by or required by some elite universities:
Columbia Law School, areas of study
Family, Gender, and Sexuality
Social Justice and Human Rights
Harvard areas of interest
Gender and the Law
LGBTQ+
Race and the Law
Yale Law School
Human Rights Law
Equal Justice Works Annual Conference and Career Fair in Washington, DC.
The two researchers concluded that the ideologies and political motivations were the same as those held by Department of Justice prosecutors like Jack Smith. "They're saying they want to get rid of the Constitution —they're making no secret about it," said Adams, President, and General Counsel of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, told the Epoch Times. 3
I had to ask myself why these leftists wanted to get rid of the Constitution.
As I recall, Barrack Obama did not like the Constitution. He thought it was too strict. Yes, the Constitution sets limits on government so that people get to decide what is to be, not the king, the Congress, or the President. What would it be like if they set aside the Constitution? What would happen to the Rule of Law? I submit, have a look at our cities. Is that what we have to look forward to? What about all those glowing words of "hope and change" from Obama? Was it hope or hype?
“The stuff they’re teaching now is straight-up Marxist. There’s a big difference from just ten years ago,” Adams noted. “Spakovsky pointed out that law school professors are aggressively pushing a woke agenda on their students.” 4
Here is a quote from the Law School Admission Council (LSAC):
“Last year, we hired six faculty members, four of whom were from underrepresented groups,” he said. Both he and Dean Varona said their schools have added diversity components to hiring procedures and job postings as a way to institutionalize this important issue. “ 5
Please note there is nothing in this blog that states the qualifications of these hires. They check the box of wokeness, race, gender, diversity, equality, or inclusiveness. They may not be qualified to teach the subject they were hired for. What about providing the students with the education they are paying for? Is there someone who is better qualified to teach their subject? Is this like hiring someone just out of flight school over the seasoned pilot with many hours of good flight time in their resume? Don't we reward a person on their merit, achievements, and qualifications over skin color, gender, and political leaning? What would happen to sports if we did not choose players based on merit?
This is why George Soros and others are funding these schools. What do Black Rock and Vanguard hope to gain? Why are they investing in the Marxist/Communist agenda? Did they not acquire wealth through capitalism? What about Target, Anheuser Busch, Bath and Body? Have they learned any lessons from their misguided forays into Marxism? I fear not. Has anyone of them apologized to their customers?
In my research for this blog, I came across an article posted on CNN that is quite informative. You will find a link to the article below. Opinion: "The welcome pushback against campus wokeness — comes from colleges themselves." 6 Pushback is coming from two Harvard professors, Steve Pinker and Bertha Madras, pointing out that punishing freedom of expression violates the First Amendment. They list statistics and sound arguments.
More resistance is coming from the President of Cornell, Martha Pollock, who vetoed student restrictions on free speech. Stanford Law School Dean Jenny Martinez calmed the students from protesting a Trump-appointed judge speaking at the University. What crossed the line was "the school's own associate dean. "The dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion who also criticized the judge from the podium." 7 She took the microphone away from him and bashed him verbally. My family watched this outburst on Fox News.
Ththey'rere is a tiny light at the end of the tunnel. America is waking up, and we are on a mission to take back our country.

This is a thumbnail of J. Christian Adams from Wikipedia. Why do I keep quoting Wikipedia? They are so biased.
John Christian Adams (born 1968)[1][2] is an American attorney and conservative activist[3] formerly employed by the United States Department of Justice under the George W. Bush administration. Since leaving the DOJ, Adams has become notable for making alarmist and false claims about the extent of voter fraud in the United States. He has falsely accused a number of legitimate voters of being fraudulent, and has published information about them online, including Social Security numbers.
After leaving his position in 2010, Adams accused the department of racial bias in its handling of a voter intimidation case against members of the New Black Panther Party; an internal review by the DOJ concluded that charges of bias were without foundation.
He was a member of Donald Trump's election integrity commission which was intended to investigate claims of voter fraud. The establishment of the commission followed through on previous discredited claims by Trump that millions of illegal immigrants had voted in the 2016 United States presidential election, costing him the popular vote. The commission was disbanded less than a year after its creation without finding evidence of significant fraud
