Kick Trump Off the Ballot. What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

“If you are bored and disgusted by politics and don't bother to vote, you are in effect voting for the entrenched Establishments of the two major parties, who please rest assured are not dumb, and who are keenly aware that it is in their interests to keep you disgusted and bored and cynical and to give you every possible reason to stay at home doing one-hitters and watching MTV on primary day. By all means stay home if you want, but don't bullshit yourself that you're not voting. In reality, there is no such thing as not voting: you either vote by voting, or you vote by staying home and tacitly doubling the value of some Diehard's vote.” - David Foster Wallace

Colorado Democrats are afraid of the Trump Train. Trump is coming to Colorado and every other state in the nation. Colorado Democrats, in fact, all the Democrats are worried. Trump is coming and he is bringing all his supporters with him.

As Democrats do, they dream up creative ways to stop Trump. Never mind that their great ideas have no basis in fact. I give the Democrats credit for fabricating cases that will tie up and bleed cash from our former president.

The Colorado Case is before the Supreme Court today as I type this blog. Other states are watching and if the Demos get a favorable resolution we can expect all the blue states to kick Donald Trump off their ballots. So much for our right to free and fair elections.

Do you want to see election chaos? Let's assume the Supreme Court rules in favor of the plaintiffs in Colorado. The Court might even open the can of worms that Donald Trump insighted a riot. Hypothetically, what could the Republicans do in response to this, in my mind, unconstitutional move? How about this...

Joe Biden is removed from the ballots of all the red states! I can't stop laughing at how ridiculous this would be. Trump off the ballot in the blue states and Biden off the Ballots in the red states. The voters would have to write in their choice if they do not have a candidate's name printed on the ballot. I think 25% of voters would not be able to spell their choice correctly and it would not count unless it was a Democrat.

I know I have gone off the rails here but you can see where this could go. Why not let the voters decide? Do we have to cheat? Has the Republic sunk to the depths of corruption? If we can not trust our elections, who and what can we trust?

You will find a very good article in the References that deals with the possible decisions the Supreme Court could rule on.
